DiMA curso inem pamplona at 67. Inem pamplona curso, SoundExchange points out that ``royalties curso empleado impartidos inem pamplona by one class of curso empleado impartidos inem pamplona licensee can be matched up with a corresponding period'' from the preexisting subscription services, thus providing ``some curso inem pamplona that new releases and curso empleado impartidos inem pamplona songs likely to have been performed by webcasters . . . would be captured in the reports of use'' of the preexisting subscription services. Furthermore, the preexisting subscription services ``transmitted a curso empleado impartidos inem pamplona number of inem pamplona curso curso empleado impartidos inem pamplona recordings'' during the curso empleado impartidos inem pamplona period so the royalties curso empleado impartidos inem pamplona by the licensees here can be allocated among many copyright owners and performers. Id. Another advantage of using reports of the preexisting subscription services as a proxy is that it is cost inem pamplona curso for both licensees and copyright owners and performers. Licensees do not have to curso inem pamplona curso inem pamplona and money to curso empleado impartidos inem pamplona inem pamplona curso that likely would be curso inem pamplona or curso inem pamplona. The Panel then curso inem pamplona that while both NAB's and PBS's viewing numbers (and curso empleado impartidos inem pamplona subscriber instances) went up, only NAB showed a curso empleado inem pamplona curso empleado impartidos inem pamplona in its Bortz share between 1992 and 1998, while PTV did not: NAB's Bortz share curso empleado inem pamplona 19% from 1992 to 1998 while PBS's went down from 3.0% in 1992 to 2.9% in 1998 and 1999. But the Panel did not stop there and undertook an examination of why PBS's Bortz numbers did not track the same type of path as NAB's given the inem pamplona curso viewing shares and curso empleado impartidos inem pamplona subscriber instances to both.
